A client terminal of an agent system is provided in the present invention, and said client terminal includes an agent web page interface module and a background service module, wherein, said agent web page interface module is set as providing a human-computer interaction agent web page interface, and interacting with the background service module by the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP); said background service module is set as receiving an HTTP request from said agent web page interface module, and then parsing, encapsulating and sending the HTTP request to the service terminal of said agent system, receiving a message from the service terminal of said agent system, and the parsing, encapsulating and sending the message from the service terminal of the agent system to said agent web page interface module by the HTTP. A processing method of an agent system client terminal and an agent system are also provided in the present invention. The present invention meets with the user's requirement of multiple operation systems and multiple browsers of the WEB agent.
