PURPOSE: Fresh schizandra juice without the bitter taste from seeds, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove impurities and remaining agricultural chemicals from schizandra by washing the schizandra with ozone water. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fresh schizandra juice without the bitter taste from seeds comprises the following steps: inserting schizandra collected from branches into a centrifuge, and rotating the centrifuge in the speed of 15,000-20,000rpm per minute for separating the seeds from the flesh; juicing the schizandra flesh for 25-30 minutes in the pressure of 700-800psi to obtain schizandra juice; filtering the schizandra juice, and supplying the schizandra juice into an instant sterilizer for sterilizing at 75-82 deg C for 8-12 minutes; and supplying 45-55wt% of low fructose to the schizandra juice, and stirring the mixture at 28-32 deg C before concentrating the mixture at 38-42 deg C for 44-50 hours. Ozone water is sprayed to the schizandra for sterilizing and washing.
