<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine compound oxide powder having little impurity, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing compound oxide powder which is an aggregate of compound oxide particles represented by general formula A(BZr)O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and having a perovskite-type crystal structure includes: a step for preparing raw material powder of Zr; a step for preparing raw material powder of an element constituting A and raw material powder of an element constituting B; and a step for performing heat treatment at 800-1,000°C, of the raw material powder of Zr, the raw material powder of the element constituting A and the raw material powder of the element constituting B; wherein the raw material powder of Zr contains the oxide of Zr having a tetragonal structure, preferably contains ≥10% oxide of Zr having the tetragonal structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
