<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device that can suppress variation in chromaticity and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device comprises a light-emitting part that emits light, and a wavelength conversion part that is provided at a first main surface side of the light-emitting part and contains a fluorescent material.
