<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support a harness in a harness protector structure by preventing rotation and displacement of a harness protector only with the structure of a contact part and a clamp part provided on the bottom surface of the harness protector. <P>SOLUTION: A second surface (16) is formed continuously to a first surface (7) with one or more corners (15) in between on a sheet metal (5). A bottom surface (10A) of a harness protector (10) has: a contact part (18) having a vertical surface (18A) standing upright and being in contact with a corner (15) to prevent rotation; and a clamp part (13) projecting so as to be fitted into a clamping hole (8) of the sheet metal (5).
