The valve has a metallic needle (23) whose ring-like resin seal element (28) and needle downstream side control structure portion (232) are connected with or disconnected from respective body-upstream and -downstream side control structure portions (241, 242) of a metallic valve body (24) to close or open a fuel flow chamber. The seal element and the needle-downstream side control structure portion are respectively brought in contact with the body-upstream and-downstream side control structure portions by the needle while closing the chamber.
