<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an automobile insurance policyholder to easily prepare, when the policyholder gets involved in an accident, an accident report at the site of the accident. <P>SOLUTION: An accident report preparation support system 100 comprises: a temporary authentication information setting section 106 for storing, as acceptance conditions for preparing an accident report of automobile insurance, when receiving an instruction of permission for preparing an accident report of automobile insurance, and specification of belongings identification information being identification information written on the belongings of an automobile insurance policyholder from an operator, specific information as first authentication information, and the belongings identification information as second authentication information in storage means; and a user authentication section 114 for performing, when receiving an instruction for preparing an accident report, specific information as the first authentication information, and belongings identification information as the second authentication information from a user's terminal, user authentication by the first authentication information and the second authentication information so as to permit, when the user is authenticated, preparation of the accident report of automobile insurance specified by the specific information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
