<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a position at which a request was detected even when it is unknown where a request for which position information should be acquired was detected. <P>SOLUTION: A position registration device includes: a detection unit which detects an event occurrence; an absolute position determination unit which determines a position by acquiring information capable of identifying a position from outside of the position registration device; a movement detection unit which detects an amount of movement of the position registration device; a storage unit which stores movement information detected by the movement detection unit at least after the detected event occurrence; and a position determination unit which determines the amount of movement of the position registration device from the point of the event occurrence to the point of acquiring the information capable of identifying the position of the position registration device from outside of the position registration device based on the movement information stored in the storage unit when the position of the position registration device is determined by the absolute position determination unit, and determines the position of position registration device at the point of the event occurrence from the position of the position registration device determined by the absolute position determination unit and the amount of movement of the position registration device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
