This invention provides an improved design to what is commonly known as an Infant Seat Cover. It is comprised of a flat cross shaped unit which consists of four rounded extensions, protruding from a mid piece. The right and left panel are wrapped around the infant. The bottom panel is brought upward to contain the infant's lower limbs. The top panel can be brought over the infants face to protect from external elements or tucked around the head to provide support to the infant's head and neck. The central portion which has slits, allows the passage of safety restraint straps attached to the infant safety seat. Loops secured to the blanket are for infant toys or soothers to attach. The device itself is strapped directly an infant seat to envelop the infant. In addition to the above purpose, it is used as UV protectant to cover the infant as well as a nursing cover for a mother to breast feed her infant discretely.
