The applied trap for rodents comprises a base, on which an inlet chamber with a bait and a plate, rotable around the horizontal axis, arranged in the chamber, are mounted. Said plate has a working area and a support area, a centre of gravity of the plate, shifted from the rotational axis thereof in direction of the entry into the inlet chamber, and the plate is maintained in the initial horizontal state with the aid of a maintaining mechanism, a means for adjusting the trap for weight of the rodents which are caught, an accumulating chamber for rodents, mounted under the inlet chamber, a barrier not allowing a rodent carrying out reverse movement from the trap while the plate is rotating. The barrier not allowing a rodent carrying out reverse movement from the trap while the plate is rotating, is mounted on a working area of the rotable plate on a corresponding distance from the horizontal axis in the direction opposite from the inlet into the inlet chamber and made as a rigid wall of the corresponding height, arranged in perpendicular to the rotable plate. |
