A method for person authentication in the process of electronic subscription involves preparation and execution of paper document by assignee, creation of electronic version of document, putting electronic digital signature thereon, registration and sending. At the place of electronic digital signature an electronic image of scanned finger mark of assignee is applied, this is taken from dactylogram of specialized database of organization participator of electronic document management (sender). Prepared electronic document is stored in electronic file of reference card of outgoing letters and sent to specified address. When receiving the electronic document by organization participator of electronic document management (receiver) the identification is performed by comparison of electronic finger mark image of assignee with corresponding electronic image stored at specialized database of organization participator of electronic document management (receiver) by means of automated fingerprint identification system. By results of identification the identity of person signed electronic document is proved or disproved, and legal status thereof is determined. |
