The axial-flow turbine stage (8) comprises a guide vane (11), a blade (13) arranged at the downstream direction of the vane, and the blow-out portions (24) arranged at the trailing edge (16) on the pressure side (18) of the vane, for blowing gas in the main flow direction (25). An adjusting device is arranged for adjusting the partial load operation of the turbine stage, according to the change in effective profile geometry of the vane, such that the inflow angle (27) of vane is reduced with respect to the inflow angle (26) of the blade. An independent claim is included for operating method of axial-flow turbine stage.
