摘要 PURPOSE: A high-strength FCAW(Flux Cored Arc Weld) metal joint is provided to ensure excellent impact toughness at ultra low temperatures as well as high tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: A high-strength FCAW metal joint comprises C of 0.01-0.1wt.%, Si of 0.1-0.5wt.%, Mn of 1.0-3.0wt.%, Ti of 0.01-0.1wt.%, Ni of 2.0-3.5wt.%, Mo of 0.3-1.0wt.%, B of 0.001-0.01wt.%, N of 0.003-0.007wt.%, P of 0.03wt.% or less(0 is exclusive), S of 0.03wt.% or less(0 is exclusive), Al of 0.001-0.01wt.%, O of 0.03-0.07wt.%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount, wherein the composition satisfies 0.9<=Ti/O<=1.3, 7<=Ti/N<=15, 15<=O/B<=22, 1.1<=(Ti+4B)/O<=1.6, and 11<=3Ni+2Mn+Mo<=14.
