PURPOSE: A nuclear fuel rod with a multilayer ceramic protection layer is provided to remove a cover adhesion part from being damaged by forming a ceramic tube connector using a cover which is made of the same materials as the ceramic tube. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic tube(12) receives a sintered nuclear fuel pellet inside. A ceramic cover(11) is adhered to an opening of the ceramic tube. A ceramic fiber(22) is wound on the surfaces of the cover and the ceramic tube. A ceramic composite layer(21) includes ceramic fillers. A ceramic external protection layer(31) is formed on the surface of the ceramic composite layer.
