PURPOSE: An anechoic structural element is provided to enable the simple construction of an anechoic room by forming the anechoic room using a fixing bar and a sound absorbing material attached to the fixing bar. CONSTITUTION: An anechoic structural element comprises a fixing bar(110) and a sound absorbing material(120). The fixing bar is made of a metal material and has multiple protruded pins. The fixing bar is installed on a wall(200). The sound absorbing material is coupled to the pins of the fixing bar and is attached to the fixing bar.
