PURPOSE: A wave force generator for ships is provided to generate electricity by wave force as a water column ascends and descends to generate an air flow. CONSTITUTION: A wave force generator(100) for ships comprises a body(110), a power generation unit, a mount unit(130). The body comprises an air duct(111), a water column chamber(112), a power generation duct(113). The air duct is fixed to the ship. A water column duct is submerged under the water, and comprises a non-circular cross section wider than the width of the air duct. The power generation unit comprises a wind power turbine, a power generator, and a leader line. The wind power turbine is rotated by the air generated in the air duct. The power generator generates electricity by the wind power turbine. The leader line supplies the electricity to a storage battery. The mount unit fixes the body to the ship.
