PURPOSE: A urine analysis system for testing health condition and an analysis method are provided to maintain the quantity of light emitting diode regardless of outside temperature and to enable accurate analysis. CONSTITUTION: A urine analysis system comprises: a transfer unit for transferring a test strip(S); three light emitting diodes(2) which is mounted on one side of a print circuit substrate and vertically irradiates light sources of red, green, and blue from the upper portion of the test strip to the lower portion; a light measuring unit(10) containing photodiode(3) which receives reflected light and converts into electric signal; a signal amplifier for amplifying the electric signal; a processing unit which processes electric signal from the signal amplifier; and an output for outputting processed data.
