摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an expanded vermiculite finishing material for protecting a pillar from a fire is provided to protect a pillar from a fire by welding two expanded vermiculite half cylinder bodies to the outer surface of the pillar. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an expanded vermiculite finishing material for protecting a pillar from a fire is as follows. Multiple expanded vermiculite rings(2) are formed by cutting and processing an expanded vermiculite panel depending on the shape and size of a pillar. An expanded vermiculite cylinder is formed by vertically welding the expanded vermiculite rings to each other using a flame retardant bonding agent. The surface of the expanded vermiculite cylinder is processed, and a melamine sheet(11a) is welded to the outer surface of the expanded vermiculite cylinder. The expanded vermiculite cylinder is vertically divided into two expanded vermiculite half cylinders. Melamine sheets(12a) are welded to the inner surfaces of the expanded vermiculite half cylinders.
