PURPOSE: A mesh electrode embedded electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by installing a mesh electrode in a transparent housing without a TCO formation process. CONSTITUTION: The inside of a housing is made of transparent materials and has flexibility. A mesh cathode and a mesh anode are formed in the inside of the housing. The mesh cathode and mesh anode are installed in photoelectric conversion dyes and electrolyte. The mesh cathode and mesh anode has flexibility.
