PURPOSE: A remote control apparatus, remote control system, and remote control method thereof are provided to enable a user to effectively control a controlled apparatus without directly inputting commands for the controlled apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(110) senses the motion of a user. The sensor unit creates sensing data. A central processing unit(120) creates control data for a controlled apparatus form the sensing data. A communication unit(130) transmits the control data to the controlled apparatus. The sensor unit includes an acceleration sensor, a magnetic sensor, or a gyro sensor.
