PURPOSE: An edible food film using red algae, and a producing method thereof are provided to simplify producing processes of the edible food film, and to offer the chromaticity similar to conventional packaging materials. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an edible food film using red algae comprises the following steps: bleaching the wasted red algae, and crushing the red algae to obtain powder; adding a plasticizer into the crushed red algae powder to obtain a film solution; and pouring the film solution in a module to obtain the film. The bleaching process is performed using sunlight, ozone, and an oxidizer. |
