PURPOSE: A plant cultivation chamber including a man-powered generator is provided to supply electricity to LEDs for growing plants or a heating unit inside the plant cultivation chamber using the man-powered generator. CONSTITUTION: A plant cultivation chamber(100) includes a man-powered generator(110) for generating electricity by the power of men. The plant cultivation chamber comprises the following: a soundproof glass plate(105) installed at least one side of the chamber; a soundproof ventilation opening(104) installed at least one surface of the chamber; and a container(400) and LEDs(500) for growing plants, installed on the edge of the chamber.
