PURPOSE: A height adjustable pillow using air is provided to adjust height to be suitable for each user and to prevent neck pain. CONSTITUTION: A height adjustable pillow using air comprises a pillow unit(10), an air storage unit(11), an air injecting unit(12), a connection part(13), and an air flow controller(14). The air storage unit is located inside the pillow unit and the air storage unit stores air. The air injecting unit is located outside the pillow unit and provides air to the air storage unit. The connection part interlinks the air storage unit and air injecting unit. The air flow controller touches the connection part and removes air stored in the air storage unit. The pillow unit includes the pillow filling. The pillow filling surrounds the air storage unit.
