PURPOSE: A light emitting device package and a lighting system are provided to improve optical extraction efficiency by preventing reflecting characteristics of an electrode to be demoralized by a diffusion phenomenon of metal. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device is placed on a body. A first electrode and a second electrode are connected to the light emitting device. The first electrode and the second electrode comprise a first metal layer(210) consisting of first metal, a second metal layer(220), and a barrier layer(230). The second metal layer is comprised of second metal in which reflectance is higher than the first metal. The barrier layer blocks metal diffusion between the second metal layer and the first metal layer. |
