PURPOSE: A welding structure and a ship with the same are provided to obtain the life of fatigue with reduced corrosion of a holder due to the penetration of moisture and to prevent the electric waves of brittle cracks with a brittle crack electric wave blocking hole. CONSTITUTION: A welding structure comprises a first vertical plate(1), a second vertical plate(3), and a horizontal plate. The first and second vertical plates are arranged in a row. The horizontal plate is attached between the first and second vertical plates. The first vertical plate has two steel plates, a welded joint portion between the two steel plate, and a brittle crack electric wave blocking hole(7) formed in a welded joint portion. The blocking hole has an inclined bottom surface.
