<p>PURPOSE: A glass substrate for touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a detection electrode pattern, which is formed on a glass substrate, with a lead line. CONSTITUTION: A cut line is virtually set up on both sides of an original glass board(10). A plurality of detection electrode patterns is patterned in each glass board area. A lead-out wiring pattern is formed in each glass substrate area. A resist film(8) is formed on both sides of the glass disk except for a cutting area according to a cutting line. Each glass substrate is separated from the original glass board by chemical etching of the cutting area.</p> |
