PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell of a serial connection structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the contamination of a substrate by reducing the number of scribing processes. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of unit rear electrodes(120) are formed on the upper side of a substrate. A bottom precursor is formed on the upper side of the unit rear electrode and a top precursor is formed on the upper side of the bottom precursor. A first contact part(152) with conductivity is formed by reforming a part of the top precursor. A light absorbing layer is formed by thermally processing the top precursor and the bottom precursor. A second contact part(154) with conductivity is formed on the lower side of the first contact unit. A buffer layer(170) is formed on the upper side of the light absorbing layer. A plurality of unit top electrodes are formed on the upper side of the buffer layer. |
