PURPOSE: An ink composition for a marker pen is provided to be easily detached from a writing plane by having good dryness, to have excellent concealment and color definition, and to prevent pigment sedimentation on the marker pen. CONSTITUTION: An ink composition comprises a mill base, a solvent, a plasticizer, a release agent, a drying retardant, and a surfactant. A manufacturing method of the ink composition comprises: a step of dispersing 3-8 weight% of color pigment, 0.3-1.5 weight% of a dispersant, and 11.4-16.0 weight% of butyral resin into 80-85 weight% of an alcoholic solvent, and milling the dispersed solution to manufacture the mill base; and a step of mixing 30-36 weight% of the mill base, 40-50 weight% of the solvent, 10-15 weight% of the plasticizer, 2-5 parts by weight of the release agent, 2-5 parts by weight of the drying retardant, and 5-8 weight% of the surfactant. |
