PURPOSE: A form for a concrete manhole is provided to facilitate a work by easily separating an inner form from a concrete manhole using an inner form separation member. CONSTITUTION: A form for a concrete manhole comprises a cylindrical inner form(100) and a cylindrical outer form. The inner form is composed of an inner form body and an inner form separation member(120). The inner form separation member is detachably coupled to the inner form body. The outer form is installed outside the inner form, concentrically. |
