PURPOSE: A machine for compressing recycled materials is provided to prevent compressed recyclable materials from moving backward by a prevention sill. CONSTITUTION: A machine for compressing recycled materials comprises a body, a pusher, an ejector plate(40), and a punching unit(100). The body comprises a compression chamber. The ejector plate is coupled to the front side of the pusher, and compresses the recycled materials. The punching unit comprises a guide rib(110), a compression plate(120), an restraining unit(130), and punching pins(140). The guide rib is protruded toward the front side form the ejector plate. The compression plate compresses the recycled materials, and moves back as a set distance. The restraining unit prevents the compression plate from becoming separated from the ejector plate, and returns the compression plate. The punching pins are protruded toward the front side of the compression plate, and punch the recycled materials when the compression plate moves back.
