PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an adhesive composition is provided to restrain deterioration of a surface resistance on a transparent conductive film, and to manufacture an adhesive composition for an adhesive tape without generating cloudiness in an environment of high temperature and high humidity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an adhesive composition comprises: a step of mixing a photo-polymerization initiator and at least one kind selected from hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate monomers into a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition consisting of an acryl-based resin; a step of controlling raw composition for an adhesive; and a step of obtaining an adhesive composition by polymerization by light irradiation by using the raw composition for an adhesive.
