The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the children's allergology and is intended for noninvasive diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux in children with bronchial asthma not adequately responsive to the standard treatment.The method of diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux in children with bronchial asthma consists in that in case of insufficient response to the standard treatment of bronchial asthma it is carried out the spirography with bronchodilator test with the definition of maximal expiratory volume per 1 s within 15 minutes after inhalation of 2 doses of 100 µg of Salbutamol and peak-flowmetry with the definition of the index of bronchial daily lability, and if it is determined the increase in the maximum expiratory volume per 1 s less than 12%, and the index of bronchial daily lability is more than 20%, then it is diagnosed the gastroesophageal reflux.
