PURPOSE: A water purification concrete using microorganism complex processing system and manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively eliminate water pollution materials for the long term. CONSTITUTION: An aggregate is dipped in liquid medium. The aggregate is dipped in a Bacillus microorganism culture medium. After the aggregate and the Bacillus microorganism culture medium are mixed, a bonding material, compound, water, and air are additionally mixed. A composite material is shaped. The wet curing of the manufactured composite material is executed. The second curing of the composite material is executed.
