ROLLED COPPER FOIL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Rolled copper foil and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure high softening point and superior resistance of rolled copper foil and improve the surface uniformity by reducing unevenness except for oil pits. CONSTITUTION: Rolled copper foil contains S of 20ppm or less. The Gs(Glossiness)(60°) parallel to a rolling direction of the rolled copper foil is over 600 and the half-softening temperature is 120°C or higher. A method for manufacturing the rolled copper foil comprises the steps of: successively hot-rolling and cold-rolling, annealing, 85% or more of intermediate rolling ingot, implementing final recrystallization-annealing to obtain an average particle diameter of recrystallized grains of 40-60 micron meters, and implementing final cold rolling.
