PURPOSE: A foreign language learning apparatus and method which is connected to an interpreting device are provided to easily perform relearning or repetitive learning by loading interpreting contents at the specific situations or contents which frequently uses in a language study device. CONSTITUTION: A language transforming part(140) changes data of user language into data of opponent language or changes the data of the opponent language into the data of the user language. A storing part(150) stores a multiple language interpreting related program and management information for managing a bidirectional interpreting device. A voice output part(170) interprets an object inputted through an input part(110) on reference to data of the storing part and outputs the interpreted question and answer through voice. A language study device driving part(220) outputs language study device learning lists saved in a language study device list part(155) of the storing part. A language study device load part(230) loads contents saved in the storing part in the language study device list part.
