PURPOSE: A safe bumper, an air bumper, and an air safe bumper are provided to prevent a vehicle from being pulled backward and crushed by a bumper when the vehicle is collided because a safe bumper and the bumper are connected to a back frame such as a back part of a driver seat or a rear seat. CONSTITUTION: A safe bumper comprises a shock absorbing bumper. Various kinds of the shock absorbing bumpers such as air or a spring are formed with metal having high strength stronger than a carbon tool steel and the shock absorbing bumper is connected to a rear frame of the vehicle so that the vehicle is prevented from being crushed. The air safe bumper is formed by joining the air bumper and the safe bumper.
