<p>PURPOSE: An eco-road paving material composition is provided to enhance tensile strength, elasticity and abrasion resistance by including aggregate, emulsified asphalt, echo binder, filler and aqueous acrylic emulsion. CONSTITUTION: An eco-road paving material composition comprises aggregate, emulsified asphalt, echo binder, filler and aqueous acrylic emulsion. The aggregate comprises waste asphalt concrete circulation aggregate and charcoal material wood aggregate. The waste sludge of the filler has fineness of 1,500-3, 500 cm^2/g and density of 1.0-3.0 g/cm^3. The echo binder includes red mud powder. The echo road paving material composition comprises waste asphalt, 0.5-7 parts by weight of emulsified asphalt, 3-15 parts by weight of echo binder, 0.2-5 parts by weight of filler, 0.1-15 parts by weight of aqueous acrylic emulsion based on 100 parts by weight of aggregate. The aggregate includes 25-70 wt% of concrete circulation aggregate and 30-75 wt% of charcoal material wood aggregate. The echo binder includes 40-70 wt% of blast furnace slag micro powder, 5-20 wt% of paper mill ash, 5-20 wt% of red mud powder, 10-30 wt% of gypsum, 5-15 wt% of quicklime, and 1-10 wt% of calcium hydroxide.</p> |
