PURPOSE: Clean-in-place equipment with a cleaning structure for a bowl tank is provided to omit a manual washing process by spraying washing water to the inside of the bow tank or generating eddy current. CONSTITUTION: Clean-in-place equipment with a cleaning structure for a bowl tank comprises a plurality of washing water supply lines and one or more recovery lines. Eddy current is formed in a clockwise direction when washing the bowl tank(12) so that washing water flows along the inside of the bowl tank. The washing water supply lines(18a) oriented in the clockwise direction are opened. The washing water supply lines(18b) oriented in a counterclockwise direction are opened so that eddy current is formed in the counterclockwise direction.
