PURPOSE: A method for measuring protein concentration in a cell solution is provided to ensure high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring protein concentration in a cell solution comprises: a step (a) of preparing a conjugate molecule conjugated with a standard protein and biomolecule; a step (b) of mixing a cell solution containing the standard protein and a subject protein; a step (c) of mixing the cell solution and biomolecule to generate a conjugate molecule in which the biomolecule and standard protein are conjugated; and a step (d) of calculating the concentration of the subject protein based on the number of the conjugate molecules of steps (a) and (c).
