PURPOSE: A multi screen display device and a control method thereof, and a receiver thereof are provided to output a plurality of image signals through one display device and enable only a receiving end to selectively express a corresponding image signal wherein the receiving end is paired with each image signal. CONSTITUTION: A mode selecting unit(120) determines either one of a single screen mode or a multi screen mode. If a current mode is a multi screen mode, a synchronization signal output unit(140) outputs a plurality of synchronization signals. An image processing unit(130) bypasses or switches at least one image signal in response to determination of the mode selecting unit. If the current mode is the multi screen mode, a video output unit(150) outputs the image signal with a synchronization signal corresponding to the switched image signal.
