PURPOSE: A printout template managing system and a method thereof are provided to add a price, a sentence or an image to a printout by supplying a printout template for forming the image of each brand or each company. CONSTITUTION: An order program and a printout producing program are installed in a web server(10). A user information database and a template information database are built into a storage server(20). User terminals(30) execute both the order program and the printout producing program in the web server. If the user terminals request an order through the order program by connecting to the web server, the printout producing program is automatically executed.
