<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structure for suppressing a power loss and a temperature rise in a power control device for controlling electric apparatuses in a machine system mounted with two or more electric apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: The power control device includes a first circuit element group including a plurality of circuit elements for controlling a first electric machine and a second circuit element group including a plurality of circuit elements for controlling a second electric machine, and the first circuit element group of circuit elements and the second circuit element group of circuit elements are arranged and bonded on a single busbar member such that two circuit elements of the same circuit element group are not adjacent to each other.
