The present invention provides a ferritic stainless steel sheet which has excellent heat resistance at 950°C and excellent processability at room temperature. This ferritic stainless steel sheet having excellent heat resistance and processability is characterized by containing, in mass%, 0.02% or less of C, 0.02% or less of N, more than 0.1% but 1.0% or less of Si, 0.5% or less of Mn, 0.02-0.10% of P, 13.0-20.0% of Cr, 0.5-1.0% of Nb, 1.0-3.0% of Cu, 1.5-3.5% of Mo, 2.0% or less of W, 0.0001-0.0010% of B and 0.01-1.0% of Al, with the balance being made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities and Mo + W being 2.0-3.5%.
