The damper (1) has an input part (2) arranged around a rotational axis, and an output part (3) rotatable against the effect of a spring device (11) i.e. disk spring (12). A friction device (5) is arranged between the parts parallel to the spring device. A friction controlling disk (7) designed with predetermined resonance frequency controls friction surfaces over a partial area of a rotation path of the parts, where the surfaces are axially clamped opposite to each other. A ring part (8) formed from elastomer is clamped between two components of the input part and/or the output part.
