<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a moving user carrying a portable terminal to utilize an image processor at a moving destination. <P>SOLUTION: In a measurement device, the level of sleep of a subject is discriminated on the basis of signals inputted from a body movement sensor. In the measurement device, when a getting-into-bed button is operated at a time T3, the time T3 is stored as the time at which the subject gets into bed. When a good-night button is operated at a time T4, the discrimination of the sleep level is started.
