<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterless urinal having excellent deodorizing performance. <P>SOLUTION: A waterless urinal T includes a toilet bowl body 10 having a bowl surface 12, and a bactericidal device 30 for blowing an ionic air W having a bactericidal function to causative bacteria of excreta odor, to the bowl surface 12. The bowl surface 12 includes a rising surface 13 along a substantially vertical direction.
