<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating apparatus for a vehicle, suitable for a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle includes a drive apparatus 1 including an engine 11 and a motor 12. Refrigeration cycle equipment 20 includes a compressor 21 achieving a high efficiency, directly driven by the engine 11. The refrigeration cycle equipment 20 includes an electric motor-driven type compressor 22 driven by a HV battery 13 or an external power supply 41 as the power source. The compressor 22 operates the refrigeration cycle equipment 20 also when the engine 11 stops. A set temperature T2 when the HV battery 13 is used is higher than a set temperature T1 when the engine 11 or the external power supply 41 is used (T2>T1). When a state of charge of the HV battery 13 becomes less than a threshold value, the refrigeration cycle equipment 20 stops. This can operates the refrigeration cycle equipment 20 to maintain a temperature inside the refrigerating apparatus without any effect on the drive apparatus 1 even when the engine 11 stops. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
