PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient RFID tag by preventing deformation and external exposure of an antenna section and resin-sealing the antenna section to a fixed position.

SOLUTION: The RFID tag for performing radio communications includes the antenna section formed of a lead frame; a semiconductor device mounted on the lead frame; first thermoplastic resins 50 injection-molded on both surfaces of the lead frame to cover the semiconductor device and including protrusions 52; second thermoplastic resins 56 injection-molded on both the surfaces of the lead frame, with the protrusions 52 of the first thermoplastic resins 50 used as reference positions.
