<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet delivering device, a sheet processing device, and an image forming device capable of coping with various paper kinds and paper sizes and capable of coping with speed-up by improving compatibility and stacking property. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet delivering device includes: a first stacking tray, in which sheets are stacked; a conveyer for conveying the sheets; a delivery means capable of delivering the sheets, which are conveyed by the conveyer, to the first stacking tray and capable of conveying the sheets in a direction opposite to the sheet delivery direction; a second stacking tray, in which the sheets to be conveyed in the direction opposite to the delivery direction by the delivery means are stacked in the state of being overlapped with each other; a stopper for regulating the tip of the sheet, which is conveyed to the second stacking tray, in the conveying direction; and a changing means which changes the delivery angle of the delivery means so that the first delivery direction when the delivery means delivers the sheets one by one to the first stacking tray becomes closer to the first stacking tray, compared with the second delivery direction when delivering a bundle of a plurality of sheets, which are overlapped with each other in the second stacking tray.
