摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic optical device capable of being thinned and sufficiently preventing moisture intrusion. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic optical device formed by sealing an organic thin film element disposed on a substrate comprises: a step 1 of coating the organic thin film element disposed on the substrate with an inorganic protective layer A; a step 2 of forming an organic protective layer by coating a cationic polymerizable resin composition containing a cationic polymerizable compound and an optical cationic polymerization initiator or a thermal cationic polymerization initiator so as to cover a region including the organic thin film element coated with the inorganic protective layer A and curing the cationic polymerizable resin composition by light irradiation or heating; and a step 3 of coating the resin protective layer with an inorganic protective layer B so as to cover above and an outer peripheral part of the resin protective layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
